Hyatt Place Changsha Airport

A bad experience but a very touching story. Traveled from Thailand. When I arrive at the hotel I forgot my wallet in the taxi. Which also have my passport in there. I didn’t know much Information about the taxi, I can’t remember the license plate number or the brand of the car. All I know is that it was a blue sedan and it was in an old condition. Keikio, the hotel manager, was very skilled, gentle, and helped me very well. Contacting the police makes me get my bag back quickly. There's no harm in it for me. But I'm very impressed by Keikio the manager. Thanks again to her.

Great location close to the airport for an overnight stay before traveling out of the city. Hotel had helpful staff and we got a big room for a great price.

Clean room and friendly staffs! Very thoughtful shuffle bus to the airport even though it is 5:30 in the morning and packed breakfast !!! I really liked the shampooing and shower gel.

Wonderful modern hotel with good breakfast. Large bathroom and beds. Nice view of airport. 3min hotel shuttle to airport every half hour or very cheap (RMB 7-9) taxi if you can’t wait for the shuttle.
